VietAir Cargo’s shipping label template is the easiest way to generate shipping labels for your packages.

Fill in the required information and generate a shipping label on the spot. Just print it on sticker paper and affix it to your box! The VietAir Cargo shipping label template uses a professional layout that includes all of the necessary details for clean and consistent shipping labels.

Step 1: Sign up for online account at VietAir Cargo website

– Create “VietAir Cargo account”

– Please choose from your previous addresses that you’ve input for “Sender Information” and “Receiver Information” include: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Postal Code.

Step 2: Please list your package(s) information in “List of inland transportation”

– List the information according to your items, quantity, weight, and 3-D dimension for each package (lbs/inch) and approximate date that you’ll send the package(s) to VietAir Cargo US storage

– On the right column, you can select “Estimate costs of inland transportation” to see a number of inland shipping services in the US, such as USPS / UPS / FedEx.

– If you select one of the inland shipping services listed above, we will provide labels from VAC with lower costs compared to when you do it by yourself if you choose to order through our online account

Step 3: You can choose to pay by Sender or Receiver “Payment” option. When you finished listing your items, quantities, and value so we can calculate the customs surcharge.

Step 4: VietAir Cargo verify your information. Customers will receive notification when your orders have been approved via email with tracking information for your convenience.

– VietAir Cargo will send label(s) for your packages (you can refer Fedex label listed below). Your package will be charged with Inland transport costs.

– At the same time, when the order has been approved, you can also log in and select the tab “Order Management” to view information label as well as a preliminary quote. You can print labels directly in your account. (You can also click on the label next to the order code)

– Click the “Fedex Label – Pick up” tab to view, download or select “Pick up” if you would like to receive FedEx support (get an accurate date of pickup). External check to check the shipping status, you just click on the “View Current Location” tab linking VietAir Cargo with the shift you choose.
