We hope this message reaches you well. We would like to announce an important update regarding our warehouse operations. In an effort to continuously improve performance and improve our delivery service, we are relocating our warehouse to our main facility, which is strategically located.

From February 13, 2024, our new delivery address will be:

Hours of Operation
10 AM – 6 PM
7 days a week from Monday to Sunday

By moving to this new facility, we expect to significantly improve our order processing and fulfillment capabilities.

VietAir Cargo would like to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and support in our services. Unfortunately, we are currently facing some challenges with shipping goods to Vietnam due to delays caused by the restructuring of import and export management agencies and sudden increases in airline prices. As a result, we must implement a temporary price increase of +0.5$ for transportation services of gifts and goods from the US to Vietnam.
We are actively working to negotiate with new airlines and find a more reasonable price for our customers as soon as possible. Once the situation returns to normal, we will resume our standard delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time.

Due to the increasing demand for services, VietAir Cargo just changed our processing center for the service “Ship Self-Ordered Online Items To Viet Nam” from July 26 2018. Your new shipping address is as follow:

VietAir Cargo would like to announce the company’s holiday schedule for the Lunar New Year 2018 as follows:

Export Shipments: February 4, 2018 to February 18, 2018 (Last shipment date is on February 3, 2018 and back on February 19, 2018)
Note: Due to the high shipping demand for Tet and delays from air carriers, VietAir Cargo only ensures that your goods arrive in time before Lunar New Year if your shipments arrive before 26 January. , 2018

Import Shipments: February 16, 2018 to February 18, 2018.
VietAir Cargo U.S. will not available during this period and resumed on February 19, 2018.
VietAir Cargo VN will not available from February 13, 2018 to February 22, 2018 and resumed on February 23, 2018.

In addition, to meet the demand for the holiday, VietAir Cargo added more flight on Saturday each week. Current flight schedule: Monday to Saturday (six days a week)

VietAir Cargo would like to announce that domestic shipping rates for FedEx, UPS and USPS at VietAir Cargo have been changed from Nov 01 2017:

• FedEx domestic shipping rates reduced by 5%, saving up to 55%
• UPS’s domestic shipping rates reduced by 40%, saving up to 55%
• USPS domestic shipping rates reduced by 5%, saving up to 20%

These domestic changes  are applicable to the following services:

• Ship your packages from the U.S to VietNam (for both retailers and agents)
• VietAir Cargo’s domestic shipping service (and also for agents)
