You can upload as soon as you add new products or edit old order information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/new-order-info.png\"  alt=\"new-order-info H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"sub-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul class=\"sub-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul class=\"sub-list\">\n<li>Use the registered email address, send an email with syntax so[product code] to order@vietaircargo.com to provide the order information for that order.\n<p>For example: To provide order information for products with ID 5293, you can send an email to order@vietaircargo.com that contains so5293 in the Subject (email) header, the system will automatically filter emails and send to the correct product so VietAir Cargo can confirm order information faster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/view-so.png\"  alt=\"view-so H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/so-info.png\"  alt=\"so-info H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<p>-If you send an email to order@vietaircargo.com without using the correct registered email of the account, or if the email subject does not contain the syntax <b>so[product code]<\/b>, the email will not reach the products<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>VietAir Cargo does not accept any gift-card payment orders. If the customer pays via PayPal, please provide the PayPal account&#8217;s billing information.<\/p>\n<p>Please provide enough information and follow the procedure above. Any goods ordered to the VietAir Cargo waerhouse without prior notice will be rejected &amp; returned to the company.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow the information ordered with the company to update the information provided. In case of back-order, or the order was splitted into many different shipments, please provide separate tracking numbers or split the products, or write a note so that VietAir Cargo can keep track and report back the number of goods received for you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"content3\" class=\"block block-3\">\n<div class=\"header\"><b>STEP 3: VIETAIR CARGO RECEIVES YOUR ORDER &amp; NOTIFY YOU<br \/>\n<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"content-wrap\">\n<p>\u21e2 After you ordered products arrived at the warehouse, <b>VietAir Cargo<\/b> will update the status at the same tab you used to register<\/p>\n<p>\u21e2 Customers can <b>actively monitor and manage the arrived items<\/b> at VietAir Cargo&#8217;s warehouse. On the left is the information you have provided. On the right is the confirmed arrived products at VietAir Cargo<\/p>\n<p>\u21e2 For goods that have changed to the &#8220;Arrived&#8221; status, you can actively select them and click &#8220;Request to create invoice&#8221; to have them shipped to VietNam. If the goods have &#8220;Waiting for more information&#8221; status, you will need to provide order information for the goods (provide the order picture as in step 2)<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/yeu-cau-tao-don.png\"  alt=\"yeu-cau-tao-don H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/ship-request.png\"  alt=\"ship-request H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/new-order-info-1.png\"  alt=\"new-order-info-1 H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<p>\u21e2 After the &#8220;Request to create invoice&#8221;, select the address (the address of the receiver in Vietnam) registered in the Address Book and click &#8220;Create an order&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/chon-dia-chi.png\"  alt=\"chon-dia-chi H\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn \u0111\u0103ng k\u00ed chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0ng t\u1ef1 order\"  \/><\/figure>\n<p>\u21e2 Immediately, this request will be sent to VietAir Cargo&#8217;s system, item status from <b>&#8220;Arrived&#8221; will be updated to &#8220;Processing&#8221;.<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>VietAir Cargo<\/b> does not actively create orders for you to transport goods to Vietnam, which you have to create your own request. However, VietAir Cargo will actively create orders to ship them to Vietnam in the following cases:<br \/>\n-Goods come in many quantities, oversized, occupy too much space ~ 1 pallet in the warehouse,<br \/>\n-Holiday coming (Eg NewYear, Chrismas), we have to ship them as soon as possible to avoid delays from the airline.<br \/>\n-Goods arrived at the warehouse more than <b>10 days<\/b> or <b>weighs more than 40 lbs<\/b><br \/>\nIf you prefer to keep them at our warehouse, please contact VietAir Cargo to arrange.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"content4\" class=\"block block-4\">\n<div class=\"header\"><b>STEP 4: VIETAIR CARGO SHIP YOUR ITEMS TO VIETNAM &amp; DELIVER TO YOUR HOME<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"content-wrap\">\n<p>\u21e2 After receiving your request to create your shipping invoice, VietAir Cargo will create new invoice, pack the goods requested and ship them to Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>\u21e2 VietAir Cargo will immediately notify you when the shipment are sent to Vietnam.
